NWOCA users are externally authenticated. This means they need to use an external site to reset and change their passwords. You will not be able to click on Forgot Password on your districts ESS site.

You must use pass.nwoca.org for any password changes or resets.

Locked out of ESS?

If you are receiving a password error stating you are locked out of ESS, contact your admin. They are able to login and unlock your ESS account. Your ESS account will lock if you have many unsuccessful login attempts. Do not continue to reset your password. Get your account unlocked first, then try logging in with your original password once more before resetting your password. Make sure your web browser is not remembering passwords and you are typing in your password correctly and carefully.
