PowerSchool "Tracks" Setup for FY'26
For FY26, ODEW will be looking for all school calendars to represent a full-time student for a full school year, this includes half day KG and Preschool students. If a student is not on a full-time calendar there will be a new Level 1 errors appearing in your FY'26 EMIS Calendar Collection for students that do not meet this requirement. If these errors are not corrected it could potentially affect funding for the affected students.
To ensure that you will be reporting all your students on a full-time calendar and your calendars are set up correctly for FY26 reporting, we will be hosting two sessions on setting up and configuring "tracks" in your PowerSchool SIS. If you have a building that is using more than 1 attendance pattern, we strongly encourage you to setup “Tracks” in PowerSchool SIS.
