This document provides all the available options to replace Classic FISCWEB with a Redesign alternative of Financial Reports.
Cron job or Report Bundles
This process would e-mail a user a report/s at a pre-scheduled time.
- The District would determine what reports are needed for a particular user
- Those reports would be created with an account filter or specific parameters to pull financial information specific to that user's needs.
- Those reports would be scheduled either through Scheduling a Report to run via a Cron Job OR
- Create a Report Bundle, holding multiple reports setting it up to run at a specific time to e-mail to a user.
Generic User Accounts
This process provides a user with a generic username/password to log into USAS and generate predetermined reports.
- District would decide what reports are needed for a particular user.
- Those reports would be created with an account filter or specific parameters to pull financial information specific to that user's needs.
- These reports would be saved as "favorites" so the user can generate them upon logging in.
Links Listed on a Webpage
This process provides a webpage that users will go to click on their 'link' and enter in a username/password to view the report.
Regular User Account Access
Users would log into USAS and have the ability to generate reports on demand based on their account filter and access levels.
