This process would e-mail a user a report/s at a pre-scheduled time.

• The District would determine what reports are needed for a particular user
• Those reports would be created with an account filter or specific parameters to pull financial information specific to that user's needs.
• Those reports would be scheduled either through Scheduling a Report to run via a Cron Job OR
• Create a Report Bundle, holding multiple reports setting it up to run at a specific time to e-mail to a user.  

This process provides a webpage that users will go to click on their 'link' and enter in a username/password to view the report.
