titleCron job or Report Bundles

This process would e-mail a user report/s at a pre-scheduled time.

  • The District would determine what reports are needed for a particular user
  • Those reports would be created with an account filter or specific parameters to pull financial information specific to that user's needs.
  • Those reports would be scheduled either through Scheduling a Report to run via a Cron Job or a  OR
  • Create a Report Bundle, holding multiple reports could be scheduledsetting it up to run at a specific time to e-mail to a user.

This process provides a user with a generic username/password to log into USAS and generate predetermined reports. 

  • District would decide what reports are needed for a particular user. 
  • Those reports would be created with an account filter or specific parameters to pull financial information specific to that user's needs. 
  • These reports would be saved as "favorites" so the user can generate them upon logging in.
