This process would e-mail a user report/s at a pre-scheduled time.

  • District would determine what reports are needed for a particular user
  • Those reports would be created with an account filter or specific parameters to pull financial information specific to that user's needs.
  • Those reports would be scheduled either through Scheduling a Report to run via a Cron Job or a Report Bundle holding multiple reports could be scheduled.

This process provides a user with a generic username/password to log into USAS and generate predetermined reports.

  • Those reports would be created with an account filter or specific parameters to pull financial information specific to that
